I live on a small horse ranch in the Rocky Mountains. I first started painting my husband's cowboy boots and hats. Looking for more material, I traveled to cowboy events with my ever present camera. I use my photographs as reference for my paintings. As you can see, the subject matter has grown to include more than cowboys but a treasure full of the beauty and activity that surrounds me. I hope you enjoy viewing these bits of western life, as much as I have loved painting them.
